Iron (Fe) Chef Competition
The iron chef project was something I have never really done before, it was something that was entirely based on two things, first being your prior knowledge of cooking and your overall background involving that, second being how well you know how to cook from what we have learned in class and or how well you understand the things we learned was also entirely vital. We studied for weeks the science of basic cooking and how proteins and genes can get moved around when being cooked. Then we took a deeper look into how meats can be cooked in so many different ways and how complex making meat can be. We continued this until the very day of our exhibition in which we displayed all of our knowledge and skill by making a dish based on 5 ingredients given to us. This page as you can see is all dedicated to the day of exhibition.
